the one i know best is Userplane: http://www.userplane.com/

video, voice messages etc... a bit costly, but worth it... and there is a basic vBulletin integration available... (ok, i'm the one who coded it)...

i have coded the integration 2 years ago, so i don't know what they added to the bridge... basically, it was possible to give permissions per usergroup to access the chat, and the authentication was complete.... i can't help more, go to the official site for support.
