How to import threads/posts from another vB database.

I solved this on my own.

It wasn't easy however.

Essentially you have to dump both db's and manually combine the contents of
the tables user, posts, and threads, and perhaps most perilously, datastore.
For completeness, you will want to merge tables pm, attachments, and related
tables.
