Forum Title Question

Hey all,

I'm wondering how people get their boards to look like this:

Where the title of the board is above the "Forum | Last Post" stuff and each category is like it's own box.

They are seperating the categories.

That mod made it so they are separated, now I just need to figure out how to get that Forum Last Post Threads Post stuff below the title.
