I have written a new legal disclaimer / terms of service for my forums, and am about to make a server change tomorrow afternoon. Is there anyway to Post the new legal disclaimer and FORCE everyone to accept it before they are able to sign back into the forums again?

Doesn't seem like it would be too difficult, but I don't know how to go about it.

If you have a search, there's a hack for "Rules" where a user has to read the rules and accept before they can do anything on your site.

You can also make them re-read the rules and accept.

I'm sure you can just edit the rules page with your own custom content as it should only use phrases.
