Contact Us Form

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed somewhere else, but I can't find it.

Is there a hack available for the contact us form that will do this: I need a drop down box for different issues: Membership Inquiry, Public/Media Relations, Website Help, etc.. Based on the option chosen in that field, the form needs to be emailed to the correct person.

Is this possible, and if so how difficult would it be?

vBulletin does that by default. Have a look in vBulletin options under the Contact us detail. Read the Admin help popup for those settings and it will explain. Basically you can have different email contacts for each subject, and the subjects are entered in the AdminCP to whatever you need.

Any suggestions for adding a message to the contact form? I get emails saying "my email account is banned" but they don't leave their username or email addy... Any ideas?

Edit the "contactus" template.

Find:

$vbphrase[message]:

Add a space after the : and add this (or whatever you like):

<font color="#FF0000"><b>Please include your Username and Email address in the message</b></font>

The result is below. You can also play with the code to get the message wherever you want it.
