Haven't found a vegetable or green that I don't like. We eat them all in my house especially considering we only eat meat 3 nights a week and I don't eat meat at restaurants. The only things I don't like from the produce section are fresh pineapple (only like it dried) and grapefruit. All but one of my cookbooks are actually vegetarian books. Meat is easy to prepare. Just spice and cook. However getting people to eat more than standard produce (lettuce, tomatos, potatos, corn) can take some preparation. Though my Harvest Casserole and Stuffed Squash are always big hits.
