I am just woundering because I am thinking I should run it,
I always thought it was like vbulletin but just a different layout (liek incted of vbulletin you have ImpEx)
But you have to have vbulletin to run it so what should I do?

Impex is an tool for importing data from other forum types that enables you to convert database elements into a new vbulletin setup.
