Limit post by days? Possible?

Is there any way to make members only have 1 thread per every X amount of days in a certain forum section?

Or would this be something like an add on, and not a normal vb option.

I want it so that people can only post once every 7 days in my trading section.
Exclusive members, can post ever 4 days.

how would this be possible?
