I apologize if this isn't the correct area where posting my problem.
I was debugging my forum in order to find out and fix bug in my code. Using javascript debugger for IE, I found in my forumhome (index.php) 4 javascript error: the same error are present in the forumhome of vbulletin.org (I make a comparison as I use vBulletin 3.6.8, as Vbulletin.org does). Are available some solution to fix this error? It is a very annoying situation that IE allert my users of some javascript errors in forum pages... These are the errors reported by debugger. vbulletin_global.js?v=368 Code:
if (!window.console || !console.firebug) { window.console = {}; var names = ["log", "debug", "info", "warn", "error", "assert", "dir", "dirxml", "group", "groupEnd", "time", "timeEnd", "count", "trace", "profile", "profileEnd"]; for (var i = 0; i < names.length; ++i) window.console[names[i]] = function() {}; vbulletin_menu.js?v=368 Code:
vBulletin.add_event("vBmenuShow"); Home page forum Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="clientscript/vbulletin_read_marker.js?v=368"></script> <script type="text/javascript"> <!-- vbphrase['doubleclick_forum_markread'] = "Double-click this icon to mark this forum and its contents as read"; init_forum_readmarker_system(); --> </script> vbulletin_global.js?v=368 (line 1826) Code:
// the new init system vBulletin.init(); |
