Bold/Italic Thread Titles
There may be a hack for this already, but I haven't seen it. Is there any way to implement BB code into thread titles on the forum display page? I would like to be able to italicize and bold certain parts of titles, but don't seem to be able to do this.
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help! |

What do you mean by certain areas?

I am speaking rubbish. I basically mean that I would like the thread title, the link one you click on in the forumdisplay page, to be able to have bold or italics within it. So that I could have:
This is a GREAT Thread! instead of This is a GREAT thread! Get what I mean? Sorry if I'm not explaining too well. |

Actually, if the thread is not read, it is bold. So, you only should use . But if I am not wrong, you want something like this: "This is the title." => This is the title. Right?

Oooh, I completely forgot that it was bolded by default. Is there anyway for parts of it to stay bold once it has been read?

Actually, I believe what he wants is a mod to allow you to permanently bold / italic certain aspects of a thread title. Like this
Why Does This Thread Look Like This? Am I right? If this is the case, I know its possible I just don't know how |

Yeah, that is what I mean. Obviously they can fully be bolded when they are unread, but once they are read then they can have bold/italics. As the whole thread isn't going to be bolded, just one or two words, it won't make it difficult to differentiate between what is and isn't read.
