forum offline-registrations open
when i keep my forum offline can i keep registrations open?
and while fourm offline can i set certain users/usergroup who can access forum? |

There is this mod for offline board, however I don't know if it works with 3.6.8. If it does, please report back as I'd like to install it on my board.

Instead of turning it offline, you could simply edit usergroups so only certain groups have permission to view the forum? That way.. guests could still register, and any groups trying to login who you didn't want to see the board would see a "Permission Denied" message.
There might be a better solution, but thats a quick fix. |

I just tested it on my test board, and FYI, it works on 3.6.8

allow unregistered users in vboptions and don't allow other usergroup.
it'll work. just try it. it'll take few seconds. |
