first of all, i am deaf and i use this service called i711.com, but since i have passed itr around others have used it as well as its a nice little service, but anyways passed all that i thought a nice interation would be an address book for all ur friends, and if u have a number u can have it auto dial i711, or an email opens an email whatever and IM msgs, like that

also an area that keeps mailing address, and notes would be good, i personally keep all my shit in thunderbird but i know alot of ppl dont use that, so i thought why not add it to the forums as a user function
