I saw Mod nice in one of the forums in them I surf.
I will be happy to receive Hmod the aforesaid!

the mod appears when date of advertising of the announcement rose on X days which the manager chose the control panel to the managers.

Might be a custom modifcation, best would be to contact the sites admin and ask.
