Is there any add-on which would allow for anonymous moderation?

example 1: user 'johndough' is secretly a moderator but doesn't want to login to another account just to post a 'get back on topic' warning.

example 2: user 'johndough' is secretly a moderator but doesn't want the 'edited by ....' to appear with his username.
