Dear vBulletin Community:

I need your help. I have a relatively fresh, default installation of 3.6.8 -1. I have tried and tried to install several really simple mods, most recently the "users in 24 hours" mod that only requires uploading the xml file in the CP.

All of these upload fine and appear to be enabled. NO mods actually do or change anything. None of them have options in the AdminCP like they claim. None of them change my VB installation.

I have plugins enabled.

Could it be a file permissions error? What else can I do? vBulletin support has been poor, taking a whole day of back and forth information gathering to finally say they do not support mods (which I clearly explained in my first email).

Thanks in advance to ANYONE with ideas.

When you say you looked on your admin panel for links... the link is in the vBulletin Options page, did you look there?

Just to close the loop on this thread, I was not loading it correctly within the VB Admin->Plugins-Products> Manage Products feature. When I uploaded a new prodct, I was attempting to fill out the the "Add Product" form and then upload via the Upload Product form (top one). It worked when I left the lower form alone and just used the upload product form.
