How do I change the color bar imagery?

My question is where can I go to find that image or what is it's .gif title so that I can modify it?

As noticed I'm trying to customize my editor, and that bar seems to shrink my color item every time, with that said if I remove the color item and instead change the bar size to an object such as a square it will still have it's components of showing the changed color when you switch but it will hold a different shape.

Unless of course in Internet Explorer it will consider the missing "color.gif" a broken image, of which then I'd need to remove that from the template most likely. A how to on that would be helpful.

In an ideal world it would look like the 2nd attachment without the red loop of course and the box fills in the area as shown.
