If you look at the source code on your site, it says this:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="misc.php?do=cfrules"><font color="#617F9E">Forum Rules</font></a></td>

Change it to the same td class and also get rid of the font color and it should be fine. (It isn't showing in what you posted, but that is definitely what I see when I look at your source code, so you have it somewhere.)
