when trying to integrate flashchat with my vbulletin once again, im missing the php string where im supposed to add the code given on the website. Can anyone tell me why this is and how to fix it. heres the text where i know something is missing

I was directed to ask Paul M for the answer to this given it was on the above link for integration but they said he should have what I need.
