Blank screen after posting - help

Some of my members are getting a blank screen after posting a reply to a thread. In order to get past it you have to hit stop, then place the cursor in the URL entry box at the end of the URL and hit enter. Then it goes through.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is happening at www.explorerforum.com/forums
