RSS Feed Filtering

Is there a hack that will allow the admin to omit RSS feed results based on linked url or keyword? I am using yahoo news search feeds on a site that I'm developing, but I receiving a few inappropriate results that link to a undesired url.

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated!
