I'm having trouble keeping my users logged in. Whenever my users try to sign into my forum, it appears they are logging in and then it doesn't log them in. Do you know why this might be happening?

Reset the Cookie Path and Cookie Domain to the ones suggested in the Admin CP.

Also, Internet Explorer has a bug keeping people logged into sites; seems that the cache files are reset. Or do you mean that it says they aren't users yet :S .

Sorry to drudge up an old thread but this looks like it may be the same problem I'm having. Dismounted, I'm not sure I understand these instructions.

Find the Cookie settings in the Admin CP (under vBulletin Options) and reset them.

Hahhhh, thanks for directing me in the right path! Resetting the the options didn't do any good because I was using all defaults. But setting the domain on which the cookie is active seems to do the trick!
Finally able to access my forum from my personal computer again! Thanks! |

As with above, find Cookie Domain and set it to .site.com (note the leading dot).
