Is there any way to arrange the order of the stickied threads?

I could do this when using phpBB, but can't figure out how to do it with vBulletin.

Anyone able to help me?

A thread bumper should be able to do what you're asking I think.
Try this should work ok unless you have seperated stickies. Hope this helps.
