REQ: Allow staff members to extend editing time for specific posts

I have my forum setup so that members can only edit their threads or posts for a certain amount of time, but sometimes a member will ask to edit a thread or post for various reasons, and the only way to do that now is to have the staff edit it for them. I would like the ability to extend the amount of time that a specific thread or post can be edited after a member requests to do so.
