I'd like to be able to see who voted for what, while keeping the votes private for the rest of the members. Is there anything that will do that?

If the option public poll is not enabled, then you, as the forum administrator, are able to view who voted via AdminCP.

AdminCP -> Threads & Posts -> Who Voted?
