even people who arent already intrested... would see it as something they really want

I really think you should go ahead with this. I think your capable of it, and would really make a difference in the vbulletin forums.
Just an update to let everyone know we have decided to proceed with this: should be released in the next few months, started interviewing artists and designing. There will be a lite (free) and a pro (paid) version. I'll keep you guys posted =)
