Pre-set User Rank Themes and more

Is there an add-on that I can install that would allow my users to choose from pre-set ranking themes? For example, a shark theme:

Great White
Hammerhead, etc.

Does that configuration exist as of this writing? Thanks in advance!

Also, is there a way to improve security for my vB?

Finally, some of my default smileys don't appear correctly. Only the winking one works. How would I go about fixing it?
