I currently have my forum set up to not allow users to edit their post after 1 hour. But under one of my sub forums I want them to be able to edit that one sub forum no matter when they posted. Is there currently a way in vbulletin to do that?
Thank you, Jason |

I have already looked there as all the forums take the editing features off the master setting there is no option to set time limit of editing on just a sub-forum. I have seen this done on one other forum so I know it is possible I just don't have a clue on how to do it.

The default permissions tab, then select the UG and tell it to use custom and not the default group permissions. That doesn't work?

There is no way to do this without a modification.

A quick search reveals this, it's post based rather than thread based.
