how can i put on the foruns works blinking? i want names to apear and desapear, i think in ingles is blinking

ie: for firefox it is......... text-decoration: blink;

Either <blink> or text-decoration: blink for blinking text. Although please, do NOT ever use blinking text for forum styles and the like, where everyone has to put up with it.

yes i mean blinking text, but im confused now, because i still dont now how to do it and somehone sad that is not good having blinking text ?
