Is it possible to send instant messages to online users on VBulletin ?

What do you mean "instant messages"? Are you referring to Private Messages? That's about as close as you can get aside from using remote IMs like AIM, ICQ, MSN, etc.

I'm not referring to private messages, but to somekind of instant message like ICQ, AIM etc, but then in vBulletin style
