I just moved to a VPS and my server loads goes high till 8% and httpd goes down(Site becoe slow)

I have 5000+ Members
100+ Unique members a day
15+ Hacks
vBulletin 3.6.8

Can anyone help me solving the problem?

Today it was 45 when I dropped from school plz help me out
