Any idea where button set came from?

I know it was a LONG time ago, but this button set used to be available to buy on the web somewhere... It's most likely long gone now, but if I could find out who sold it maybe I could email them and see if they are still available somehow...

that is the best way to show you. Any ideas? I was a memeber of that site o so long ago, and wanted to pay it respect. Plus it was a kick butt button set.
