You're welcome. Just so you know, the search feature here works better if you use quotation marks around what you're looking for. First I tried searching for disable right click, and got nothing...worked like a charm when I did the search for "Disable right-click"...

My pleasure! I know how frustrating that can be.

1. Anyone can disable Javascript, making right click protection useless. Just pointing that out. 2. Firefox can be set to display the context menu anyway, right click disabled or not. 3. I could just print screen the page and copy the content that way. And also extract the images from it. 4. Control + C then Control + V copies and pastes content. 5. You can view source, copy to WYSIWYG editor and steal anything you like. 6. You can view source, and just hunt for the content. 7. They could download the pages directly. Or via a custom made link from a locally stored HTML file. 8. Print, then manually copying the content. 9. Manually copying your written content in Notepad/Wordpad/Microsoft Word. 10. Getting the content from Temporary Internet Files stored offline and downloaded automatically when the page is displayed. Hence you cannot stop your content being downloaded technically. Either way, I can offer some advice. One, complain to sites who have stolen your content that they are breaking your copyright, and the admin/mods should remove the content and punish the member. If it's them who is guilty, complain to the host of abuse and the host should shut down the site. If the host is in, say Russia, your stuck. |

I agree with cheat-master...disabling right clicks is useless for a better user experience I would just leave it off. (I mean I can get round it in ooh 2 Clicks so yeah its not doing you any good )
Of course its entirely up to you but theres no harm in pointing out flaws. |

Oh, and topic creator? May want to look into this, your site is down and I cannot access it to test how good the right click protection is.
