Manually Add Similar Threads

I am interested in a hack where you can manually decide what threads go under the similar threads section in a particular forum and thread....It starts to get confusing when your board gets bigger and there are random similar threads that really aren't that similar.

Is there a way for me to manually decide what similar threads go under a certain forum or thread?
