Sites Down VB Database

Well it just went down AGAIN

What is causing this ?

I ran into myphpmyadmin and repiared the table , when i went back to structure another one was bad had to do like 5 or 6 of them whats crashing my database ?

I ran the suspect file versions and found

Payment API
File version mismatch: found 3.6.6, expected 3.6.8

MOD CP
File version mismatch: found 3.6.7, expected 3.6.8

Does this Matter if it does how do i just update these 2 pages ? FTP ?

The Only thing diffrent on my site from last week is I have VBseo Sitemaps Running
