Possible new customer, need a few answers first

Hello,

This is all new to me, so it will be a completly new experience to me, i have done a little HTML and some python and VB .Net, i am however very computer literate, so i can run a server, host a website, ect.

anyways, i need some advice on a few things, so here is the situation:

i have been asked, because of my pervious involvement with mental health support, and my computer skills, to set up an inschool forum for student to talk about their issues, including depression, sexual, physical and really, any teenager issues. so, to do this, i want to makes sure that users can remain anoymous, but will have a unique log in that can be seen by mods and admins.we will issue the students with usernames, and they can set their own password. i want to know if we can prevent people from creating new profiles, (to stop multiple alias's and so we can identify abuse)

is it possible to set up flags to look for certain words in posts? like, "death" "suicide" ect? and then send an email to a mod (probably a school councellor, teacher, ect)?

are there any other features that this pakage offers that i haven't even though of?

Yes that is possible. But that does not come with the default vbulletin software. You have to purchase the software from www.vbulletin.com after you have purchased the software you come back to this forum www.vbulletin.org and then you search for the hack (addon product to keep users anonymous.)

Users can register by default with their own username and password, they can reply to threads and posts using their username which will show up, but if they want to make a sensetive post then they can have the option to tick the box "Anonymous Post"[x] so when they post it appears as anonymous. You can dedicate the Anonymous posting in one, two or three or more sections as you like.

Users have the flexibility to choose when they want to be anonymous, and ofcourse administrators will be able to see who the actuall poster is posting anonymously.

I am short of time as i am about to leave work, otherwise i would have helped you find this hack, but i know for 110% its available as i have used it myself on another forum.
