Is there a mod that would force the user to a specific page, for example if i needed a user to view a particular thread as soon as they refreshed the page, they would be directed to the link i specified, this would work offline as well, so as soon as they logged on to the forums they would be directed to this thread.
Perhaps with a popup message informing a user that they were pushed to the page by $adminname.
For security reasons and to prevent abuse it should probably be limited to links inside the forum.

Does this exist or can this be made?

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
