Coppermine integration. I'm not seeing it!

Ok, I'm pretty new to the whole vbulletin game, so please be gentle.

My members needed an image gallery, so I installed the coppermine package to my site. So, I was assuming there would be some 'link' to my site and coppermine's galleries in some way/shape/form, but so far I've yet to see this so called integration.

I figured at LEAST there would be a link on forum going to the coppermine gallery, but alas, there was not, so I had to make a custom one in my navbar.

So, then I thought maybe my members wouldnt have to register again over at coppermine, but alas, they DO!

So, wtf!? Am I missing something here? I could have linked photobucket or some other photo hosting place where they need to register to my site by a simple url link. Thats easy! I'm just not seeing anything I'd call 'integration'.

At the coppermine website you will find instructions on how to intergrate into vbulletin.

I havent been able to find them, other than the part about setting up the bridging. But, once you bridge over, what then!?

I have the same problem. :/

vBulletin ver. 3.6.7 is what I have installed <~ could that be a reason why coppermine cannot be bridged? I recall coppermine only allowing a 3.something version of vB to be bridged... blah!

Try out photoplog, there is also a pro version for just 35, the free one can be found here at vbulletin.org.

I have vBulletin 3.6.8 installed and Coppermine 1.4.12. They are successfully bridged.

My suggestion would be to make sure the paths to your cookies are set up exactly the same. For example, in vB I have my cookies set to "/forums/"... make sure in Coppermine it is set to the same and not just "/".

The bridge works on vB 3.6.7 I have tried it and it works no problems just bridge and your done!

mine works fine on 3.6.8 and 1.4.14 only issue i am having is logging out from coppermine it does not work. Anyone getting the same issue. It is trying to pass via a userid which doesnt work it is a sessionhash. I tried converting it to sessionhash and was successful but it seems vbull doesn't use a sessionhash used from the tables to log out. Anyone notice this issue.
