Description!

I'd like to know how to make the description appear in the Main Categories, if I have to put a certain code as when I made the forum, I enabled it and wrote a description but it doesn't come up: http://artisticcurve.com/forum/index.php, I'm talking about the Categories like Community Central and such.

Can someone help me...I'd like to know how to do it on a skin, what template would I have to edit?
