Is there anyway to make a vBulletin style so when you go into a forum you'll see the topics on the left and when a user clicks on the topic, it will open on the right frame so you'll see the topics still on the left and whatever you click on at the right?

Basically I would like to keep the forum home the same, but have the forums inside look something like this but with a vbulletin twist:
