Are ther any hacks that change the way the profile page looks? Specifically, ones that allow a user to upload an image of him or herself?

Here's a sample of what I'm refering to.

I have seen about 5 or 6... probably more sites.. that have altered the member's profile to have the ability to have a picture.. I have not seen a hack yet that has the ability for people to upload a picture to their profile. So far what I have seen is having it where people can put in a URL to their picture and it will be displayed.

This idea was posted by JamesUS, so search for that.. like Photo Profile.. or something amongst those lines.
