I am looking to pay people to bring active users to my forum. More like affiliate marketing, not a posting service.

Referrers are required to bring in users that post X amount of posts and/or start X amount of threads.

I'd like the ability to give people unique affiliate links like: http://www.forum.com/r.php?id=xxxxxxxxx

The xxxxxx being their own unique number.

Is there any mod like this out there? Or anything similar that I can just modify?

Well, there are many independant tracking services/scripts that are coded in php.

an invite system or a simple link with the url for referrerid can be used.
