I?ve been using Vb for approximately 2-3 years without any problems other than the normal ?newbie? mess-ups at the start, but since installing 3.6.7=1 I?ve notice a few issues (minor) have started to appear on the board such as features stop working and I?ve been forced to overwrite files, and the newest is established members have started to see ?access forbidden? or words to that effect when they log on, not all the time, but it is happening.

Before I start "tearing apart" the board and removing everything has anyone else been having issues since installing this latest version? Or, maybe I simply have a problem starting, but wanted to ask first.

when you upgrade, you also need to upgrade all the hacks you installed...

when you have a situation, it is easier to track when we have the exact situation when and where...

This is about a specific as I can get.

Thats why Im asking if anyone else is having issues with the new version with installed hacks.

I have removed nearly every hack and only have three left including number of visitors, who viewed my profile and reputation marks.

Anything else is a template modification and those usually dont cause issues since they do not involve code.

If you've stripped it of hacks and it's still occurring, it would be an issue you should take up with vBulletin.com.
