A Couple Of Questions From Chat Village

I have just recently created my new vB forum, which I have named Chat Village. It's a forum for discussion on all areas, including general discussion.

The URL to the forums is http://www.chatvillage.net/forums. I have a bunch of questions I would appreciate each reviewer answering.

1. What do you think of the forum as a whole. What do you think I should add, change or remove?

2. Should I add a few more forums yet? If so, what sort of forums would be wise choices?

3. What do you think of my modified User Profile page (example http://www.chatvillage.net/forums/member.php?u=1)?

4. I have a 100 post minimum to use the Chatbox. Is this unreasonable as some of my friends who have joined believe it is. My reasoning is that I want people to post, not just sign up and chat.

5. What are your opinions on the skins?

6. Any other feedback you would offer?

I am a veteran forum administrator, however my sites usually end up very populated through gathering opinions and working things based on peoples ideas being collated.

In the interest of avoiding mass inactive accounts, guests have permissions to view everything that registered members with 0 posts can.

Well it is raking in over 150 posts per day, 2000 of which were in the first week. My administration style is to run solo until I get to a point where I need a second admin. However I like to get opinions on things from other people who are impartial to the site (people who arent members/staff) as that, mixed with my own instincts is what works for me.

So far all the members have been friends, and friends of people that were already registered. While I am on vBulletin.org I will be downloading a link system so I can start piling up the affiliations.

I have added two more forums which the members have requested. I've now hit the 100 thread mark and should hit the 2,500 post mark within the next 24 hours. Not bad for 10 days of business
