I have looked for this hack and cannot find one that will scroll left to right and accept banners.

To see what I want to do, please look HERE.

Is there an existing hack that I have missed while looking? Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Just use the marquee tags

I would add a scrolldelay to your marquee, Just to slow it down a little
