2 Short questions

I installed vbulletin and I've been working on it for a couple of days:

1. How can we set the dimensions for the avatar (the personal picture everyone shows when they write in a thread)? It appears to me very small and I would want to make it bigger

2. How can I make everyone, when they write, that when they select, for instance, size 3, that no BB Code appears, just the aplication of that code. I mean, if I select size 3 and red colour, so that it doesn't appear [size=3]..... just the thing selected, with that size..

You can do the second thing by pressing this button
