Bumping it up to a request for totw 3.6.4 compatible.

Really, I need something identical to vb.org's MOTM system 'Nominate This Story' would appear only in the game forums, and the threads started in the same month, with the top 8 nominees making the poll

Would absolutely adore someone to either make the vb.org mod available, or updated TOTW.
