i wanted to know what is the average prices of a resellers (& space)

and any one knows a really cheap webhost to get a reseller plan?

Just to let you know that resellers are on shared hosting so I highly recommend you to get a VPS or something. I used to have a reseller and it was plain useless, seriously.
