Dwnld User List
I'k new to this and seek a little help.
I want to edit my community and I'm looking to download a full list of all my users sorted by the groups/forums they belong to. Any ideas? Thanks |

PHPMyAdmin.. Export the user table to an Excel spreadsheet.
I was actually just doing the same to find anyone who has registered in "timezoneoffset" = -12 and that belong to the Registered Users usergroup, because they're 99% bots. Oh, you might have to export another table to get the group info.. I'm working in an ancient vB version right now, so I can't check the vB 3.x tables. |

Appreciate the help, but this might take a little more explaining if you don't mind.
Do I download and install? |

Your webhost most likely has PHPMyAdmin in the cPanel (or whatever it uses) of your server. In your cPanel you'd go to Databases > PHPMyAdmin..
As for how to export just go to the website, I'm sure there's documentation there. If you're *that* new, you shouldn't be poking around in the database unless you know what you're doing, though. Do your homework first. |
