User name color

How would I go about changing one users name color?

ACP>> usergroup >> choose any gorup than >> Edit usergroup now in Username HTML Markup first box add this,, <span style='color: red; font: bold; filter: height: 2px;'> ,, and in secound box add this ,, </span> ,, like this you can change colours step by step of all group that you want.

here i used red colour you can replace with any colour name .

oK I got that but is there a way to do a single user and not a usergroup?

Is there a mod or an option so users can pick there own username style in there options - like they want red, so they choose red for there username as well as bold and itallic etc...
But the username style doesn't show up in the members list nor on the users online or in forum leaders... It just shows up when they post or if you click there profile, is there an option or mod for this? I use vBulletin 3.6.8. Thanks

I've seen it on another vBulletin forum but haven't found the mod for it anywhere here.
