No, my recent installs include vbsurvey, vbspell, photoplog, vbmicrostats, and the infocenter mod.
This wasn't an issue in the past, so I am trying to think what could have done it. But I am beginning to think it might be due to the style (Chestnut). I say this because I created a completely new style and I was able to access the things in the navbar, although I could still not access things like the arcade without being asked to log in again. I have also disabled all my mods and same problem (with Chestnut).
